Default Alot of information - need help to clarify

Here's our specs:
for both of us: don't smoke at all, first (and only) time, smoked fairly heavily last night (6/22). drink beer frequently (2 a day), eat a decent diet. Take multivitamins (fairly) regularly.

Him- 6'1", 190lbs, exercises heavily (6x's a week, hard cardio), low body fat count. Moderate metabolism.

Me-5'2", 120lbs, do not exercise (started swimming last week), skinnier, but body fat count is average. High metabolism.

Both of us have jobs which tests randomly and under no circumstances do we want to lose these jobs. The chance of us getting tested are slim, but you know how it always goes: never get tested and then the 1 time you do something, there you go!

I have read a lot of information about detoxing and passing the test, however most of the info out there is geared toward those individuals who know they're going to take the test, and dilution is highly recommended with various ways to cover up the dilution.

What we're needing is a way to simply get it OUT of our system so that there isn't a risk there at all. I have read various (and conflicting) methods, and need help clarifying.

Exercise - so we need to keep up the exercise to burn it off of our fat, but stop exercising like 2 days before the test to build up fat and "bury" the thc, however, we don't know when or even if we'd be tested, and as my husband exercises 6 days a week, it's not like he can just 'stop' exercising...

Fiber - I've read that this is a good thing as it diverts the thc, so I'm thinking that we need to get fiber going in our diet.

Diet - I've read that cutting out the alcohol, sugary drinks and foods, caffeinated drinks, adding lots of veggies and red meats, avoiding carbs of all kinds... basically, an uber-healthy diet.

Dilution - Basically what I've read is that dilution is only helpful if you know in advance that you're taking the test, as the thc builds back up in your urine because it's not a water soluble chemical. So in our case, it has no relevance except that by drinking more water than we usually do might help flush out our system a little faster.

Basically, from what I've read, we need to go uber-healthy on our diet, up the fiber, multi-vitamins (I'm not sure about these other things like the poster said above), exercise alot more (me, not him since he's already doing it)...

Is this right or are we just screwed either way as there isn't any way to really get the thc out of our systems any faster? If I am on the right track, is there anything else that we should be doing that I haven't mentioned here?

If you've only smoked that one time, it should be out of both systems in 3-5 days. Exercise & fiber will help. Drink naturally. You could sub if either of you get called up early next week but it too takes practice.

I don't know if all of the info you need to clarify applies to a one time high. I'd say not (since there may not have been enough THC entering your body to really store in fat) but someone else may know more.

So, basically, we should be ok? just eat more fiber and in a couple of days we'll be out of the worry zone?

You should be. If you want to know for sure take a home test with your first piss of the day.
