hey, I had a pre-employment test today and im a little nervous. I am 115 lbs, male, 5' 7", very light smoker - maybe 1-2 sessions every 2 months, i smoked ~1/2 a bowl 6 days prior to test and clean for a month before, regular diet, i didnt really change much except drinking more water throughout the week and especially test day and before (about 4 large glasses of water during the 4 hours prior and a coke), i urinated about three or four times before the test also, no real exercise but high metabolism. I regret not taking an at home test but its too late now. I took an eCup test and sampled midstream, the color was a pale to medium yellow if that matters at all. any opinions would be greatly appreciated and thanks for your help. thanks

1/2 a bowl 6 days ago and nothing for a month before. Sounds like a one time high.

most people that get a one time high will be clean very quickly..5 days appox
so you'll be very close.. if you used the dilution method you probably would have passed with no problem

means you should be ok. try drinking more water and less fatty foods. even take a b vitamin but honestly dude, u should more than likely be fine

follow the dilution thread to the letter it will work next time and as for drinking more well I dont think it would have been a good idea you might get a diluted neg = fail...... and eating fatty foods for 3 days before the test is a good thing and you make new fat cells and when you making new fat cells you wont be burning up the fat cells that have the THC in them ............

I agree you should NOT be giving any advice at all... you need to spend some time and read the threads here and understand whats going on before you say anything

. i am so relieved cause that woulda really screwed some shit up if i failed, lol
