Heh. I apolagize for not being specific on that. I truncated, because if I was concise to 100% of the meaning, it would take up pages instead of paragraphs. I mean't to stress the importance on researching substitution as much as you can first.
Anyway, hand warmers should take between 20 mins and an hour to get up to temp... depending on air circulation of the pad itself, and maybe from brand to brand too. You activate the warmers, tape them to the sample, secure the apparatus like you would for the real thing. Take a temperature measurement every 10 minutes for 2 hours. Then you know how long it takes to heat up the sample to a good temp, and you also will know that you will be able to keep this temp for an extremely long wait time or delay.
This is simple, it is all practice and timing, the latter often the subject of the former.

Damn Im not even going to have a chance to try to fool the bladder cops. I went in for my first day of training today and was told that tomorrow I would have a hair sample taken for a drug test. There were 15 of us in the training class and after hearing that 4 of us walked out.
