Im 6 ft and weigh 185 lbs with a pretty high metabolism. The only exercise I get done is walking from my room to the couch. For the past 5 years I have been smoking heavily every single day ranging from a half 8 of dank to a quarter in a single day. I managed to stop smoking for 17 days after getting my wisdom teeth out in Early May but started up again around June 1st and have switched to smoking about a quarter of schwag a day since then.

I landed a job this morning but will be taking a test sometime next week probably Monday or Tuesday. I have managed to stop myself from blazing today so by the time I take the test it will have been 1 week since I have last blazed if I can manage to abstain for the rest of the week. I plan taking creatine everyday for the rest of the week and using the dilution method the morning of the test. Do I have a decent chance of passing this test or does anyone have any advice?

haha that's just bogus or you have done zero research. Your urine is toxic as hell dude. Substitute your sample or fail.

I guess ill try the sub method since my roommate has clean urine and will give it to me with no hassle. Im just worried about the temperature of the bottle but after reading through this forum im sure I can keep it at the right temp under my nutsack with a few pairs of tighty whiteys.

In theory you could pass with dilution, provided it is done correctly. With two weeks of clean time by the test, no matter how much you have smoked, you could still most likely pass with it. But if you're unobserved, just sub. Just make sure you do your homework carefully and read the "Generic Posts" referred to by zonecode thoroughly.

it wont be 2 weeks of clean time by the test since I smoked yesterday and I will prolly be tested early next week. Also since deciding to use the sub method I have gone out and purchased an 8th of dank = which im enjoying at this moment.

well get a bottle of "quick fix 4.0" to sub with.... you can practice with it to keep the temp right.... it can get warm many times with no problems... or if you use your friends get a 2 oz bottle and practice keeping water at the correct temp for a hour or more at a time so you can time it right......

Good choice. I suggest you procure a bottle and thermometer and practice with water every day until your test. Go to Walmart or whatever and buy like a 12 pack of air activated chemical hand warmers (like for your gloves when skiing). They cheap as hell, and "better to have it and not need it..." as the saying goes. 90-98 degrees passes most tests, however, I personally shoot for 95-98. If possible, use Quick Fix 4.0 so it's sure thing it is completely clean. It's worth researching anyway. Either way, keep researching; there is much to learn and old posts here contain information that your success is contingent upon.

What should I do with the hand warmers? Should I lodge them in my pants or just bring them in unopened in case the urine doesnt test the right temp?

I'm sorry, I don't mean to laugh out loud at your confusion, but a scenario just crossed my thoughts: A donor hands the collector a hand warmer and says, "Here, this might warm it up".

You are supposed to tape them to the outside of your sub container to ensure the temperature is warm BEFORE you submit the specimen.

I meant if I was to take the temp inside the bathroom at the testing facility w/ my own therm. Ive never used hand warmers before and wasnt sure if they stayed warm for awhile or for a few min.

Has it been pretty easy for u guys to keep it at the right temp using this method? I wont have time to attempt it till tomorrow after my first day of training and knowing that this is pretty simple will make me stress less during training tomorrow.
