Sorry for posting another one of these, I know you see these all the time...

Haven't been able to find one with my particular situation.

I was a heavy smoker every day for a long time. I just went 3 months clean but caved to some peer pressure and took one hit from a chillum of high quality bud. I know for sure I've passed 2 drug tests before this incident which happened tonight. Any ideas on how long it will take me to clean this out? I am 5'9 148 lbs and I run around 4 times a week for 3.3 mi.

I don't know how fast my metabolism is because I still tested + after abstaining from smoking for 35 or so days after I first stopped. I was however smoking roughly an eight of day of high quality bud before that test for a long time.

Man, you should be fine, are you sure it was only one hit?

With as much as you run and you height & weight with your BMI you
should be clean in 2-5 days.

Yep, just took one rip because I was paranoid. Usually my tests are a month apart.

Thanks for the reassurance. There's so much variation on the internet that it's hard to believe anything.

Anyone else have experience with a situation like this? I know I'm probably in the clear but is there any chance of testing positive say 15-20 days later?

one time hit after not smoking as you stated... 3 to 5 days you should be clean

from what i understand after reading a crap load on these boards for my own reasons lol, 3 months of not smoking is usually sufficient time for an active person to get the THC out of their system. If you are to take one hit as you stated after this time, there is not much thc entering your system (fat cells) so it clears your system a lott faster. 3-5 days as stated above.
