if doing the sub method can they tell the age of the pee

I had a buddy pee in a bottle for me about a month ago stashed it in my closet until it was needed. I got drug tested this week is there any way they can tell if its old pee? I read thru the stickys and it didnt say anything about age of the piss I was wondering if any of you guys know thanks.

You don't see any posts on age of urine because most people phrase it dealing with storage of urine. Look in the first few posts of the substitution sticky.

well I saw that and it says if it smells rancid I really dont remember it particularly smellin rancid its piss so I wasnt really tryin to smell it other than that is there a way they can tell. but thanks for the help

Doesn't it also say to use it in about 8 hours if stored at room temp, if you are going to use it in two weeks then the frig and it can stay for a year in the freezer?

So I am almost positive it has undergone a change in pH over the last month and its value is almost zero. Sorry, try to get some new urine.

The urea in urine begins to break down very quickly at room temperature. It doesn't smell rancid, it smells of ammonia. I guarantee that the testers will notice. A month is 90 times 8 hours.

I take it from your post that you used the old pee of your buddy's for your test. Please post here and let us know the results of the test if you ever find out.
