Got the results today and it was a PASS!! I passed a couple of home tests (including one with first morning's pee), so I was fairly confident, but still... that moment of hearing I passed, I did a little dance in my kitchen, then called up all my friends who have been listening to me bitch & moan about the test for weeks. I did not over-dilute on account of passing the home tests; I drank a bit more than normal so that I could pee 4-5 times before my afternoon test. I also took 3 asparin twice (once in the morning, once a couple of hours prior to test) and 2 B-vitamins twice (morning, then a few hours before) just for good measure, and did the midstream catch for the sample. I had thought about getting some creatine, but then ran across this article from 2000:

...maybe someone who knows more about dilution could comment on this?
