Did a quick skim and didn't see this mentioned, forgive me if it has been: Albertson's drug tested me for a bagger position. This was a loooong time ago though, but I did have a window of 24 hours after the offer of employment was made to complete the test. Restaurant jobs usually won't drug test, maybe that could be an option?

tested for a bagger position? sorry now being from ireland but is that packing bags in a super amrket? if so that's crazy!

Yes it is a person that packs groceries at a supermarket.

The reason most companies drug test all employee's is b/c they get a discount on workmans compansation insurance regardless of what your duties may be.

hahah i read it wrong it does say saliva and not salvia xD those words look the same. Thats strange my friend told me he had to piss in a container and he works at the safeway near my house. Well i dont know what im gunna do since you annot substitute a spit test becuase they are taking it from YOU. resturants dont drug test? does that include fast food places?

They would not contact your parents. Drug test results (for employment purposes) are confidential between the drug testing facility (lab), your employer, and you. If you're testing at a lab, the lab reports your results to your employer, and no one else. If your employer administers the test, they are required to share the results with you and only you. The results of your test are confidential.

I wouldnt count on it being a saliva test if your friend said they had to pee in a cup. are u applying at the same store as your friend?

better cover all bases, better safe then sorry
