| Sorry I am sure you have had a million of these threads here before but I am wondering if it is possible at all for me to pass a urine test in 16 days. I hadnt smoked for a while and then started smoking some extremely high grade grass for about two weeks. I have 16 days and I am 6'6" tall and weight 180 pounds. I have a pretty high metabolism and sweat a lot at work. I dont nescessarily work out but I have a job where im active and its hot. Advice please!! on how to naturally pass this test |

| 16 days from smoking until the test. I know im not going to get a clear cut answer I really just want to know if it is indeed possible for me to pass it naturally |

| Yea, I suppose it's possible, but highly unlikely unless extra measures are taken (which could be ineffective anyways). Go to your local CVS, Walgreens, or equivalent and buy a home test. They are accurate, and the only way you can get a real answer. Better yet, you can buy home tests in bulk and on the cheap online, which you can use to test yourself everyday until your clean. |

| Will sweating a lot help the process be considerably faster? Maybe running at night also? |

| Sweating? no. As far as running... well, it doesn't necessarily matter what time of day you do it, it can help by speeding up your metabolism, and therefore your body's cleansing process. Cardiovascular exercise combined with certain diets are the best ways to speed up a metabolism, however, 16 days may not be enough time to speed it up enough to significantly help... especially considering the last few days leading up to your test, which should be spent over-eating and conserving your calories. It could help anyway, and couldn't hurt to start running a few miles a day and eating properly. There are countless pages on this site that delve into the details of what you're trying to do, assuming you take the time to search and sort for them. And niacin has zero evidence that suggests it does anything to help you clean out.... another answer easily found by searching or browsing. |

| You got plenty of research to do. Start with the dilution sticky (there is a link to it in my signature). I think you will find valuable valuable answers there for many of your questions. To start you off, THC is stored in your fat cells. The way your body cleans itself of the THC is by slowly releasing the THC metabolites into your bloodstream constantly. The THC metabolites in your bloodstream are then filtered by your kidneys and you expel them in your urine. Sweating does not fit into the process whatsoever. |
