This is basically just an informative post regarding the dilution method and its success with my particular case. I figured since so many people took the time to write out their situations and advice, leaving a bit of constructive info is the least I can do. I would like to start off by thanking all that contribute to this board. Without it, I wouldn't be starting my new job that I desperately wanted.

I just finished up with college and had been planning my job hunt since January. I figured that any job I would be accepting would be contingent on a drug screen. I have been a daily smoker since about 17 (24 now) and decided January 1st was the day to sober up in hopes of landing a job. I stayed clean from January 1 to the middle of May when I received a job offer to go work for a small software development firm. Of course, they didn't even bother to drug test me, so as soon as I started work I started smoking again. I smoked about half a blunt a day for roughly 3 weeks or so. The job started out promising but quickly left a sour taste in my mouth (thats a story for another day). I decided I'd start my job hunt again.

Fast forward to the middle of June when I received a job offer from our local utility company. This is highly regarded as the premier place to work in my town. Of course they tell me I need a drug screen and pre-employment physical. I bought some time by telling them I had a vacation planned and was able to abstain for 14 days. I bought all the necessary ingredients listed in the 'Dilution' thread (gatorade instead of water, aspirin, b2, creatine, tums) and a ton of thc and adulteration test strips off the internet. I practiced a ton, making sure all my levels were correct and keeping records to get it down to an exact science (im 6foot, 195lbs, little exercise, avg metabolism).

I went in to the local hospital for the UA and physical. They administered an instant test (5 panel) provided by Quest Diagnostics. I gave my sample and 5 minutes later, passed with flying colors. After the test they sent me to the waiting room until it was time for my physical (the turn your head and cough kind). Looking back, I could have easily subbed and ditched the bottle in the waiting area.

I know this has been kind of a rant but I wanted to let those who come after me have some more info about how well the dilution method works. I start me new job on Monday and I owe it to all on this board. Thanks!

On a side note.....anyone know if QuickFix would have passed my doctors urine analysis (the non-drug kind)? The bottle I have passed the adulteration strip test but im not sure what else they look for...
