Hey, got a question. Ive been smoking for about 13 years now and as of 21 days ago i quit. I'm trying to get into trucking school and know I have to pass a drug test. Thing is I'm not really on a time constaint, bassically when I think I'm clean I can apply and take the test. I just want to make sure I am clean b4 testing, so my question is what should i be doing to make sure the thc is all out of my system? Should I excercise? Anything I can do to speed up the process? I just want to be able to get it out of my system as quick as possible. I'm 5'8 225lbs prob a medium metabalism. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Excercise will help, but it takes time and abstinance to get it out of your system. Start home testing yourself to see how long it will take you to get clean. Everybody is different and takes different amount of time to get clean.
