From QuestDiagnostics... are they supposed to tell me if I passed or fail on the spot or do I have to wait???

also, what are my chances of passing?

I smoked daily for 4 months straight and stopped this past May.

It has been 58 days since I last smoked...

I am 23, 5'8 and 140 lbs

1. no, they won't tell you on the spot. If it is pre-employment, your employer will call you and schedule your start date. The MRO will call you if they find something strange.

2. I would think that you passed with your stats. Next time home test yourself before you go so you will know for sure.

Yes, Walgreens, CVS, Wal-Mart, Rite-Aid, etc. Or you can get them on e-bay for about $2.00 each in a bulk of ten I believe.

Just bought the First Check home drug test kit from CVS

Tested negative.. how accurate is this?

I believe it's pretty accurate, but I bought a whole bunch to find out for sure. The tests at brand name retail stores are pretty pricey ($13 - $30) I believe because you can send out your sample to a lab. I went to my local head shop and bought a box of two strips for $9 a box. No lab to send it out to, but cheap and effective enough. (it tests for 50 ng/ml, what most pre-employment tests do for Marijuana, from what I've seen) Check head shops, they have a plethora of goodies to help you out.

Yeah, online is probably the cheapest way to go. But for someone like me, with little-to-no warning beforehand, the shipping time is a killer!
