I don't know the correct answer but I wouldn't chance it. Myself, I would just use the quick fix for the simple fact that the thought of carrying around someone else's urine just gross' me out. But there is a lot of people that can do it with no problem. Back to the re-heating, I just wouldn't chance it.

I'm sure it doesn't help much but that's my opinion.

Well, common sense applies. It is common knowledge here (and also covered in many past posts) that human urine stays "usable" for 8 hours at room temperature. The temp required for testing is 90-98, and room temperature is usually approximately 75. I am presuming that since freezing preserves urine almost indefinitely, and room temperature limits its life to 8 hours, then higher than room temperatures would cause the time of urine usability to decrease faster than it would at room temperature.

I am speculating here, but I would think that repeated state changes from solid to liquid to 96 degree liquid cause the "usability time" of urine to become considerably less than the 8 hours allowed by room temp.

Seeing as how this creates an undesirable variable, a synthetic sample like Quick Fix 4.0 which allows repeated reheating, as 29yeartoker suggests, is your more preferable option.
