 Hi.....I am scheduled to take a physical for a job I have already been hired for this Friday. It would be about 13 days since I last smoked and I usually smoke once a day. My question is, are drug tests usually administered during regular physicals? They gave me a sheet that must be filled out by the doctor and on it it lists URINALYSIS with the words sugar, appearance, etc. next to it. Nobody has informed me that I would need to pass a drug test to continue employment nor have they told me that a drug test would be taken during the physical. Any thoughts?
