|  To make things easier and quicker for everyone please include the following information when your asking for help... Height, Weight, Estimated metabolism, Smoking history for the last 30 days and if your a chronic or casual smoker, How often you work out (if you do), What kind of test your going for (IE: Pre-employment, Probation) And anything else that you think may be important. Now feel free to start a new thread and if you have any questions please feel free to ask, And your call may be monitored for quality assurance purposes.
