|  Upsurge in Emergency Alert Tests? It might be just me. but I have notice a significant increase in Emergency Alert tests in the past week or so. Anyone else notice this? |

|  I have not seen those but in the bast few days military hummers have been driving through town, coast guard personel have also been here in large numbers and the school has two police officers watching it . Something is up. -the captain |

| OMFG I got sooo sketched out last night! We kept hearing these noises, and nobody could figure out what they were.. we heard a lot of shouting, and then what we thought was a siren, like if we were being bombed. This went on for several minutes. Then I was laying by my window and I heard a ticking noise and more shouting. I thought somebody had put a freaking bomb outside of my building! Turns out, the shouting was some people having a fight in the building next to mine, the sounds were my suitemates' stereo, the "sirens" were the train going past, and the ticking I think was my refrigerator. Needless to say we were fubar, but for the longest time I thought we had been bombed! |
