Hey Everybody,

Long time reader first time poster. Just curious about when urine goes bad and what makes it unacceptable. I had a clean sample from my sister (I heard gender doesn't matter). I got it on Saturday morning sealed it in a sanatized container and immediately refrigerated, but did not freeze since i needed it today (Monday). I smuggled it in and the temp read fine so that is ok. My question is 2 fold.

1. What is it that actually goes bad that they can detect(ie if i just left it to sit out)?

2. Can anyone weigh in on the times before it would "go bad" if refrigerated and sealed?

Anyway probably stressed about nothing but i just want to ask for next time if there is a next time.
