Worried about passing

Hi, i am 6ft, 180 pounds. average metabolism. I havent smoked in a year and smoked one bowl a week ago i have a test for the military in 2 weeks. That is 3 weeks between times. I run 3 miles 4 times a week. i just hope i pass. What do you think? (oh yeah i am taking the test for my last deployment to iraq) Thanks

I say if its a urine test, you have a good chance of passing

You might want to check out the detection times for urine testing. It is generally accepted that after a one time high on an otherwise THC free body the maximum detection time is only about 5 days. You would be well beyond that time frame.

If you have further doubts, then get a home test and test yourself approximately 1 week before your real test. Use your first urine of the day. I'd be willing to bet you would test negative if you don't smoke pot between now and then.

For the price of a home test, I personally would get one. It would give me a lot better feeling to "know" that I would pass, instead of "thinking" I will pass. I don't gamble much though and that is one gamble that I wouldn't want for less than 20 bucks.

Does the military use urine testing exclusively? ... as opposed to hair testing, for example.
