| I have a blood and urine test on September 19th (2 weeks) for health insurance. I know that mari-j stays in the blood for 72 hours so I'm good there. As far as urine, I'm not sure if I should go with diluting or substitution. Of course I would rather substitution since I've never done diluting, but since it is the health industry giving this urine test (and not the cops) aren't they checking more than drugs in the urine. If I give fake urine, won't they obviously know since they test for your health too? Please help with info with this type of situation. I greatly appreciate it ![]() |

| Call them and ask. You have a right to make an informed decision and actually know what your insurance company knows about you. It isn't a big secret, at least it shouldn't be. |
