Random Test - Freaking out a little

I had a random drug test yesterday at work. Totally caught me off guard since they have never given them before. My stats are 6'1, 280, slow metabolism. Last time i smoked was a little over 3 weeks ago, and it was only 1 hit of some low grade stuff. I've been smoking very lightly the last 6 months, maybe a few hits off a bowl a month.

The form i signed said it was a 7 panel test, that was the only identifying information on the form.

Do i need to be worried about this? I had drank a lot of water that day if that affects, my urine was almost completely clear, with a little yellow to it.

I think you passed. You can always go get a home test right away and ease your mind a bit if your still dirty or clean. But if your a light smoker and it's been 3 weeks you're probably fine...

Thanks for the support. Found out yesterday I passed my test, over 50 percent of my department didn't though, ( We're just about all fresh out of college). It turned out to not be a big deal anyway, the people that failed need to attend a support group once a week. Thanks anyway for easing my fears.
