Have to take a regular urine test/not drug test will I pass?

Hello everyone I'm new here, i know a lot of people ask this question, but I have a urinalysis and blood test for my doctor on October 1st, if they aren't looking for pot, will traces of it show up on the tests, if I smoke this Friday (btw this will only be my 2nd time smoking pot the last time being almost a year ago). Thats about a 10 day window. I seem to have a pretty fast metabolism I'm about 5'11, 140 and don't every seem to gain a lot of weight. Thanks in advance for your comments

Typically, no. THC metabolites only show up in test results only if they specifically test for it. Are you under 18? If so, your parents could order a drug test and not tell you. If not, then you have nothing to worry about. Also, you can ask them what specific tests you will be taking, and they have to tell you. It won't even cause suspicion... they are checking your health, not your sobriety.

thanks for your reply, i feel better about smoking on friday now, the reason their doing those test is to monitor my liver, which is only at about 50-60% of what it should be, which is why i don't drink and I am 18.

...sorry to hear about your liver trouble. If you don't drink now , please , don't ever!!! If your Dr. asks if you smoke herb, be honest with him.

nno it wont show. the urinalysis they do is to check liver functions... it would cost them more money to do a drug anaylsis, which I highly doubt they would do unless if your under 18, in which techinically u should not be in the forum, but if for some reason you are, if your parents requested it, it can be done by the doctor.

You will only pass, if you have a healthy liver....

If you are 13 and over, you can post in the forum. It doesn't cost that much more to run a simple controlled substances test. I agree that the OP should be open and up-front about any and all controlled substance use to his doctor.

The detection time for THC one-time use (which is what you had being formerly clean), is only 3-5 days. You will pass even if he did the drug test.

if your 18 then no they wont check unles you ask tell them to

if your not 18 then your parents/gaurdian can request it i've had one friend busted like that

but on average most parents wont think to ask for a drug test to be included so you should be fine
