Ok look I know you guys probably get alot of this kinda stuff but Im just trying to figure this out as best as I can.

I am 20 years old. about 5'8" 215 pounds. I smoke daily. I have cut back recently due to school but I still use at least once a day. I need to know what method I should use to pass this pre-employment drug screen.

I have never taken a drug test but my friend took his test today and he said that they just asked him to remove his hoodie and empty his pockets and then he was allowed to go to the bathroom. He said nobody came into the stall with him.

Im not sure if I should bring a clean sample in a balloon and keep it warm or use the dilute method that was posted here.

I think I have a horrible metablolism and I got confused by the creatine? Can they detect creatine and can i fail?

Any insight would be great. Im new to taking a drug test so go easy on me.

I figure if I follow the method posted on here it will work and ill probably buy a drug test kit to practice before i take the test.

Sub with synthetic urine. Read the substitution sticky, get the temp right and you will pass. If you are planning on passing without subbing, it will take at least a couple weeks for you to be clean. If you plan on diluting make sure you haven't smoked for 3+ days.
