upcoming urine test/advice needed

I will have to submit to a UA in just over 30 days.

I've smoked daily for the past 3 months and will have just 30 days to prep. I am 6', 150, male. very little body fat. high metabolism.

Suggestions?

take two niacin pills[non flushing] ,two vitiman B complex,two vitaman C every day along with cranberry rasberry juice half a gallon a day.

You have a good chance at passing. Get a couple home tests (you can order them online for cheap) and test yourself. If you are still showing up positive a 3-4 days before the test you can decide to dilute or substitute. There are links to both methods in my signature.

BTW, drinking lots of fluids and taking niacin won't do anything to get you clean. THC metabolites are stored in fat cells. Only time and fat burning exercise will get rid of them.

Please explain why this is helpful and please support it with some concrete evidence.

If you have a little body fat and a high metabolism and you are not still smoking you should be fine.

Definitely do what the poster above said about home testing and if it comes up positive they typically have it so you can send the sample to get further more accurate testing.
