Detox products don't detox (remove toxins from your system). All they are is an expensive way of doing a dilution and the OP said he doesn't want to dilute. The dilution protocol described in this forum is a much less expensive and much more reliable way of doing a dilution. Anything that doesn't have you building up creatine for at least three days before the test is likely not to work.

Creatine - one 32oz bottle from GNC - $25
Vitamin B2 - 100mg bottle - $9
TOTAL: $39

Detoxify XXClean retails for $50 a bottle, supposedly good for one "detox".

The list of materials you gave would allow you to dilute several times.

And, as I said, any "detox" that doesn't start you loading creatine three days before the test is not going to help you pass the creatinine verification.

You can take some soluble fiber too. It sometimes helps a little. I like Metamucil. You may also want to go with a low fat and lower calorie diet while exercising.

Actually, there's more to this story.

Aspirin 325 mg-$1-2 for a big bottle of 100
Creatine- can be found as low as $15 and can also be found in red meat. Much tastier than a nasty drink.
Vitamin B2 -50mg-$3 for a bottle of 100 and also not needed
Total $20 and you can have a big hamburger too and save even more money and have more fun.

No, i'm not subject to random testing... as of now i am a private pilot and i am currently working on my commercial certification... only time i'm subject to a test is durring my physical... once i get a JOB as a pilot, the company i work for may test me at will... until then i will continue enjoying my favorite herbal pastime.. don't worry i'm a safe and competent pilot and never smoke when or before i fly (ok i did once

) i also imagine that i may be subject to a test if there is an accident... so far... no problems (knock on wood)

So basically you can never smoke again. First because you need to be clean for your job physical, and then if you get the job you can be "tested at will." Am I right?
