| OK this is crap. I B=bodybuild, take creatine, drink 1 gallon of water each day. Will that cause me to have my test come back as diluted? Its considered FAILED with the policy I am reading. How can they do this to me? I am not doing it to pass the test, but because its a part of my life and my supplements! Is it true that drinking much water every day makes no difference in how long THC remains in your body? Also, is weight lifting 3 times a week for about an hour enough to be considered good exercise to get rid of THC? Or should I be doing cardio isntead? I am on a cutting diet (lowering body fat). |

| I was wondering why drinking lots of water does nothing... See, when you drink lots of water you DO flush your system and lose more bodyfat IF you exercise. So water + exercise = more fat fat loss, so wouldn't exercise coupled with lots of water also allow you to get rid of more THC? |

| THC is lipid (or fat) soluble, so when you smoke or eat cannabis, the THC is absorbed into your fat cells. Ergo, if THC is stored in body fat, reducing body fat will also reduce the concentration of THC in your system. Hope that helped! |
