I was tested friday mid-afternoon. I was doing a decent amount for a good 3 months, and was clean for what I can determine as anywhere between 25-35 days. I did a test the night before with a kit from walgreens and came up negative, would you consider this to be a strong reliability given my time clean?

I don't really know what you consider to be a "decent amount", but I'll assume you weren't a heavy user.

I can say though that if you passed the home test, assuming you didn't dilute, after 4-5 weeks of not smoking you have a really good chance of passing the lab test.
