I have taken 2 of these tests and sent one of the samples to the Phamatech Lab and when I called for my results, they lady told me that there was "None Detected." The box of the at home test says that it is 99% accurate. I have been reading on here for about a month now and I have seen people who say they smoked the day before taking a Phamatech At Home Test and passed, albeit with a "faint line" in the T area. I haven't smoked in 7 weeks, before that, I smoked for about 4 years with little breaks, one bowl a day. I don't work out, but in my physiological psychology class, we learned that drugs leave your system in 6 half-lifes and the half life of marijuana is anywhere from 20 hours to 10 days. I never smoke the stickiest sticky, probably beaster or middies so I am thinking that I am safe. I take my test next Tuesday, November 27th. Does anyone know if that 99% accuracy claim for the Phamatech At Home Test for Marijuana holds up? I have taken 2 and passed both, the T lines were faint but like I said, I sent one to the lab and it came back negative, or "none detected". Does anyone have any experiences with the Phamatech At Home Test for Marijuana that they can pass along to me? Thanks so much for all the help guys. Sorry for making this so long!!!

i know that my last post was a little long, but can anyone help me out? I took 2 at home tests and sent one of them into the phamatech lab and passed all three, then on Thanksgiving morning, I took another at home test and failed!! I haven't smoked in 7 weeks exactly!! Any suggestions?!?! Thank you so much!!

I'm guessing you took the tests after drinking different amounts of fluids. If you have anymore tests, take one first thing in the morning. That is your dirtiest urine. It sounds like you might be able to pass just drinking some water before hand.

I have to take a drug test for Target on Tuesday, November 27th. I was looking through the forum for advice (too scared to sub, don't really get the dilution method) and I came upon this....

Target uses a Quest 5 panel, 50ng/mL cutoff with Nitrates check

What is a Nitrates check? I don't know what that means.

I have been clean for 7 weeks. I am 6', 180 lbs, average metabolism, not really fat except for the belly (spare tire hahah). I have smoked straight for the past 4-5 years. The last year, I smoked 1-2 small bowls a day. I took 2 phamatech at-home tests about 4 weeks into being clean, passed them both, then sent one to the lab and got back a none-detected. Then took one on thanksgiving and failed. I am in need of some really good advice.

Sorry, I just realized I reiterated my last post, but I am just so damn nervous. I am done smoking forever after how stressed and nervous I have been the last 2 months. I can't believe it!!! Any advice would be incredible!! Thank you so much guys.

I will post my results of the test when I hear back. I hope I pass so bad. On Thanksgiving my mom always makes us go around the table and say what we are thankful for. My mom started crying and saying how thankful she was for me graduating college and getting a job and how thankful she is for Target!! SO MUCH PRESSURE!!! I need to pass!!!

Did you take any tests with the first void of the morning? Sounds like you will be able to pass after drinking some fluids.

The test doesn't recognize the quality of marijuana you have smoked, it tests for the alkaloids your body produces when it breaks down THC molecules. Even the poorest marijuana contains THC in it's lower, less psychedelic forms (CBD's), however your body still metabolizes those into the same alkaloids which they are testing for.

I was afraid to sub, myself. But after you've done it once, you'll feel so confident that it's a breeze after that. Just practice a few trial runs at home (with water, obviously) and you will be golden.

I posted my condom sub method elsewhere on this site... It's cheap, easy and well worth the $hit eating grin you'll have walking out of the testing facility. Not to mention, you can smoke before & after without losing sleep over getting the results. When I first read about subbing, my first thought was 'hell no'. But it's the only surefire way to ease right through your urinalysis, worry-free.

all 3 at-home tests I took were with my first void in the morning. I am thinking I should be good because I have been smoke free for 51 days and I don't have too much body fat with fairly decent metabolism.

Also, I am thinking that I am going to schedule my test for the middle of the afternoon so I can drink some water and stuff. I still have two questions...

1.) What is a Nitrates check?
2.) Is it just regular old B vitamin supplements I should take to color my piss yellow when I drink a lot of water during the day?

Not sure what the nitrates check is. Hopefully Sec or someone else can fill you in.

And yes, B vitamins will turn your urine yellow. What matters is that you pass the validity tests (and of course the drug screen). If you drink too much it can make your sample diluted, which means either a retest or fail.

A Nitrites check (NIT) is done as part of the specimen integrity check that also includes checking pH, creatinine, and specific gravity.

Nitrites are found in some drop-in additives (depending on brand) used for spiking a urine sample. Nitrites can also be found in foods such as pork and poultry. The human body can also produce nitrites naturally, though this is usually a sign of a urinary tract infection. For this reason, only a tiny amount of nitrites can be permitted in the urine.

Under regulations set by DHHS, any urine sample with a nitrites reading of 500 mcg/mL (micrograms per milliliter), or higher, is considered forensically defensible as proof of adulteration.

anyone have any other suggestion for me? I think I am good, 51 days smoke free, but I would love some input from all the smart people here!! Thanks guys. 30 hours and counting until my test!!
