Are strip tests easier to pass than lab tests?

I'm thinking of applying for a job in which they administer a urine sample test, however this is a strip test, similar to a home drug testing kit. so they get the results immediately. i was curious, are these easier to fool than the samples that are sent away to be tested in a lab? if so, what are the easiest ways, aside from using clean urine, to fool a strip test?

I've read through all that stuff, i was just curious if one test was easier to fool than the other... and if less was involved in fooling a strip test. Thanks mate.

Well it depends on the test. If it doesnt not have a validity strip than you can just drink alot of water and pass, but it is going to be hard to know if it has a validity strip so you should prepare for the worst.
