Default New guy Kindly requesting some insight-

I have recently been offered a new job and I am a little worried about the pre-employement urine test. I would appreciate if any of you guys out there and can review my situation and provide for comments.

Background-
Age- Mid 20's
Body Type- Athletic (I worked at least 4 tmes a week for the past 5 to 6 years)
Body Fat- Around 10%
Height- 6 Feet even
Weight-200 LBS
Pre test cleasing- By the time of my test I will have not smoked in around 20 days.

Like I stated above at the time of my test i will be clean around three weeks. Prior to this three weeks I would stay I smoked about a gram a week (mixed with tobacco with my roomate). A few years back i used to smoke daily but over the past year or two I have servely cut back to a gram a week sometimes less.

I having been taking a multi-vitamin, creatine, and another amino acids for the last few months. I have also increased my cardio to 1 hour per night and plan on continuing to do so up until 3 to 4 dyas before my test. I have always eaten a healthy low-fat diet and drank a ton of water daily throughtout my adult life. I piss a t least 6 to 7 times a day.

Please kindly review and let me know if i am on the right track here and if you thnk that I have a shot to pass natrually ( i have the home tests but am yet to use one). On top of that i am definately open to the dillution mehtod laid out in the sticky on the forum.

Please advise and thanks in advice for all replies.

Take a home test first thing in the morning to see where you are at. You are on track with the exercising. I think you will pass. It sounds like you've read around and know what to do. Good luck.

Thanks Vern. One more question should I inform the tester (Quest) that am currently taking the Vitamin, Creatine, etc or is that too much info?

Again thanks for the insight and advice!

yes, that is too much info. You don't need to tell them all of that.

Other than being nice, wishing them a good morning or afternoon and making a dumb comment on the weather, say NOTTHING. Don't mention drugs, vitamins, creatine, etc.

Don't fumble around in the bathroom.

You should read on substitution and get wasted. rofl. Just a thought.

I was hoping to pass naturally or with dillution. Subbing is not something I am comfortable with.
