??? Sounds like more powerful than regular home test...

They are using EMIT I and not II (I think). Do you think its most likely 50/15?

It is possible to have a trace amount of drug in the specimen and not "test positive" because the cutoff levels are designed to pinpoint drug abusers and not, for instance, second hand inhalation. All positive tests are re-piped and rerun for accuracy. Results are usually returned to the donor within 24 hours of receipt of the sample."

What other lines, the control or was it a multipanel (multidrug) test? Those control lines are always very dark and even if you never smoked in your life more than likely the line wouldn't be as dark as the control. Comparing it to other panels, well yeah what do you expect? You've been smoking weed and the tests are not zero tolerance tests. Most home tests are using immunoassay technology with a 50 ng/ml cutoff level. The line means you are at 49.999 or lower all the way to zero, not that you are at zero. If you can photocopy it or photgraph it, it's a line.

As mentioned earlier, instant test use immunoassay technology and EMIT is a form of immunoassay. To say a lab run EMIT is more powerful than a home test wouldn't be an accurate statement. Home tests are quite accurate in fact if stored properly and used with date (probably above 95-97% accuracy). Every once in a while someone will pass a home test but fail the real thing. Anything is possible if you do drugs and get drug tested. But it is a better measure of your chances than just blind guessing. I've never seen a 40/10 cutoff/confirmation but I have seen 20/10. It is rarely used.

Are they still using first generation EMIT? It seems like everyone would be using the newest form of EMIT these days. See there is one reason why they use a cutoff of 50 and not a cutoff of zero.

Although it doesn't look like you have to dilute, just to let yo know the best way is like Sec said, follow the sticky. It's called dilution and not how to produce a negative dilute sample or how to make the most amount of water in your urine. Usually 5 grams of creatine a day is a good supplement for preventing a dilute creatinine clearance. If you take too much creatine, your body will tell you with some loose stools.

Thank you for that answer Fakeboobs. I had always wondered what would happen if you take more than 5mgs (after loading period). Would the UA know if there's an excess amount (say if you took 15-10mgs/day)? Or would your body dump it in your bowels...resulting in the loose stools? Finally, would a large creatine supplement take its toll on your liver or whatever is going to process it? Great support on this board.

Just one slight correction, it's grams not milligrams. There is no upper limit on the creatinine clearance range either so they can't tell or aren't looking for taking too much creatine. Research suggests long term use of high level of creatine may stress the kidneys.

Gatorade and salt helps with the PH im pretty sure. You need aspirin too

Aspirin is for fooling the EMIT system and lowering THC that that system finds, but I don't think it has anything to do with testing for dilution.
