Many places do not accept diluted and this particular place says that diluted test = fail.

1. What are the guidelines and things you have to do to have it diluted but not diluted enough to fail the test?

2. Is it a big deal if you go into a room where someone is messing with MJ (no smoke at all) and you breath in (like 2 feet away from MJ) and get the smell of MJ in your nose (particles). That won't hinder the test, will it?

3. What means loading of Creatine? I have been taking 5g daily for the past months because I lift weights. Do I need to add more?

EDIT:

I got the FirstCheck drug test and I just tested myself and the THC line is present which means its NEGATIVE but the line is somewhat faded... what does that mean?

The legend says that solid line OR faded line both mean negative, but THC line is the only one thats faded... other lines are strong solid.

If you didn't smoke it or eat it, you should be ok. The best thing you can do is test yourself using a home test kit bought at a large chain drug store. IF you pass that test using the first pee of the day, then you shouldn't have to worry about trying to dilute. If you don't pass the home test, then read the dilution sticky at the top portion of the urine testing menu page and learn how to do it correctly.

It doesn't say anywhere at all how much Creatine to take! It says LOAD on it but how much is loading? How do you measure it?

Have you even tested yourself yet? If not, then you may not even have to do all this worrying. Test yourself then figure out where to go from there.

Are you just asking questions for the hell of it? You have asked many questions in the hair testing forum and now you are wanting to know how to dilute in the urine testing forum. Earlier you stated you have only gotten high 5 times this year.

What are you worried about?

Somebody said many people who fail don't post here. Its been 20 days since last time and I've done it about 5 times, maybe 2-3 times a week but about 10 good puffs each time...

But I've been taking Creatine, drinking lots of water, weight lifting, running, eating super healthy, and taking monsters animal super multi-vitamins. I'm tall, low body fat.

I just got my home kit... will try in a few minutes. Scared to sh*ts.

Yep. Go a few times before your test and you will be fine. Don't make the mistake of drinking too much water and run the risk of giving a diluted sample.
