|  Confusion on Creatine Dosage More questions... So I bought Creatine capsules. but a little confused on the dosage. It says take 7 capsules, but then there is another part that says for weight modifiation. My weight range (150-200) says I should take 1 capsule. Do I take 1 capsule, do I take 7 or do I take 8? Advice would be appreciated. The brand is Weider. These things are fuckin' massive pills. |

| Should have read the label closer. It says for my weight range (1) serving which = 7 pills... So just finished taking those and slamming some gatorade, can't wait to do this for the next 7 days... My dick isn't going to shrink is it? Because I'm quite happy with its size... |
