Post Do Vitamins Help With Body Fat?

Hello....

I am still trying to naturally clear my body naturally from years of accumulated THC. My history....I used to smoke a few hits daily for YEARS. I'm 19 days clean and still positive. I'm 117 lbs, eating healthy and exercising since being clean.

For the past couple of months I have started taking vitamins A, B-12, C and E....along with lecithin and Omega-3. I can't help but wonder if taking the vitamins would help my body burn the body fat at a faster rate?

Well I'm going to take a wild stab and say no. If vitamins helped burn my body fat faster i'd be gulping them all day more than I do already.

I don't think anything takes THC out of your fat cells other than time and more time (and fat burning excercise). Because it's metabolized in it you have to burn off the fat cell or energy contained within to finally dwindle and eliminate what is stored up.

So all I can offer is keep up the good work, eat a healthy diet with little fat and no alcohol and keep up the exercise. Before ya know it you'll be all cleaned out and doing great

No, or else vitamins would be constantly out of stock and I would be rich as I would own a vitamin store and own stock in vitamin manufactors (which really is usually not the only thing they make). It's good to take a multivitamin a day to make sure you are getting all your vitamins and recommended daily amounts but overloading on them doesn't help. More isn't always better.
