Hello,

Just thought I'd pass on some info, I'm 5'11" and 165 lbs. mid 30's and have started the N2 dilution process. I'm concerned because I have voided 12 times in the last 2 hours. My test is in an 1 or 2 hours, no later as that's when the place closes so I was able to time my dilution with the schedule. I'm worried that I'm peeing too much. Is this a concern? I've followed the directions to a T. Thanks in advance.

No, as long as you replace the fluids that you void out, it is no problem.

Thanks for that piece of mind, I began to worry when N2 suggested that you void at least 3-4 times before the test and I ended up voiding a total of 16 times, it was crazy, it was just running straight through me! Took the test and we'll see what happens...

The more you void the better. If you took enough creatine you should have nothing to worry about

Unfortunately I was dumb and bought a bottle of Absolute De-Tox and thought I could just take this and be good, after reading N2's thread, I left that bottle at home and just tried his method, but I found that out last night. All I've had is a big hamburger two days in a row prior, no extra creatine was added to my system so if I come back diluted then I'll have to add the creatine to my plan, other than that, it was exact to N2's suggestions. I'll post the results as soon as I get them. Thanks again for your assistance!
