Hello my fellow forum members....

I was doing good with being clean...until temptation reach out and grabbed a hold of me. I was 19 days clean until yesterday. As of that point I still was NOTclean with test strips. My first urine was absolutely positive, but as the day went on I was finally starting to see a GHOST LIKE FAINT line for negative. I slipped and toked a few hits off a roach I found laying around. I KNOW I love it too much after many years of smoking. It seems to be my ONLY bad habit.

I JUST started 6 months of probation with VERY regular test. I KNOW they will be regular because my PO told me that Tuesdays will be the ONLY day she will be in the office to see me due to having to do "field work" outside the office. I know I will have to limit myself with a VERY close eye and I have been working on getting clean naturally. Well....as I know, I SCREWED up with the few hits. I'm so upset with myself I can hardly handle my mistake. I am now wondering how far back did this set me. I was hoping to be naturally clean by next Tuesday, but with my mistake I don't know anymore.

For those who have not read my past posts I am 120 lbs, 5'2"..been smoking several tokes every evening for YEARS (up until 19 days ago)....been exercising for the past few weeks....eating low fat/high fiber diet for a few weeks....taking fat burning vitamins (A, B-12, E, lecithin and Omega-3) and vitamin C for a couple of months. Also before I did NOT drink any water unless I had to, but that has changed too over the past month. I can actually drink the PROPEL water which has a sweet flavor and vitamins.
