| I had a UA today. I have taken them before and know what a 35105N SAP 5-50 W/NIT is. My question is; on the Quest control form the only thing that was marked was THC,COC,PCP,OPI,AMP. I understand that is a 5 panel test but to what level is this tested to? I have taken 3 First Check home test (who by the way are under some heat from the FDA because of QC issues, found a FDA warning letter posted on the web) and have passed all three (1 about 30 minutes before I went in for the actual test and passed). But those test are at a 50ng/ml level. This was a non-regulated preemployment test. Does Quest do a sneaky-pete and test to a lower EMIT level (<50ng/ml)? I wouldn't think that Quest would go straight to a GC/MS right off the bat, only for a positive confirmation. I understand some test have a threshold of between 38 and 50 ng/ml or could go lower to say 20ng/ml. Does anyone know of a test that would test to a <15ng/ml level? That way I could be sure in the future! I have searched this site and have come up with some good info but not seen anything regarding my questions. |
