Anyway, I last used last Wednesday. I took a test a few weeks ago, and came up +ve for MJ. My employer is giving me "another chance" (the recruiter said it is "no big deal" (and here I was afraid they'd be real anal about it like the uber-bitch doctor.)

Anyway, I've been using the dilution method as posted in this forum for the past few days (since Friday). I took a test on Saturday, it came out with no line (damn.)

I took a test today, and the line is very faint (kind of like the Farmative's "I know a faint line is good, but check it out for me.." post).

I'm taking this as the concentration is indeed going down -- but is still near the cutoff level. I'd like to see a nice solid line before I take the test.

Anyway, I need to take this retest before the end of this upcoming work week (the sooner, the better.) I'm going to keep on diluting tomorrow and take another one.

My questions are:

1) What are my relative chances of the concentration going down (getting a more solid line) by tomorrow or Tuesday?

2) Does taking Aspirin (taking up to 8 per day, don't want to overdo it), Creatine (been taking 4 full "serving" per day), vitamin B complex, and drinking tons of water help day by day to lower your concentration, not just the day of the test?

3) I'm going to probably do the substitution, and make sure I'm dilute enough as a backup. The first drug test they just made sure I took off my coat/hat and other external gear. Sub doesn't seem to hard to me: get my clean friend's piss, put it in a clean bottle, get a thermometer to check the temp, keep it insulated in your crotch to keep it at the right temp... right?

Naturally? When my first test had a faint line, I wasn't really thrilled either. I had just found out that my test is on Monday. So I seriously cut down on my activity level (I mean just sitting around and sleeping all day long), eating tons of high calorie foods (pass the sour cream please). That may have helped slow my metabolism to allow my body to store fat, instead of burning fat -- since my first non-diluted void this morning had a much better line (albeit a different brand of test, you have to factor that in). But this is speculation as to my better non-diluted line. I mean, how could it improve that much in two days? I dunno...

I don't think I'll go as far as gorging in high fatty foods - I certainly don't need to gain more weight.

I just find it quite stupid that these tests can really only detect marijuana - I mean , the detection time for the hard drugs is a couple of days or less... so unless the said user uses the drugs the night before or day of the test, it'll never get detected at all.

So really, the only thing these "drug tests" find is marijuana (not even a narcotic) and people's prescription medicine (since they take them all the time..)

Perhaps this is why Canada made drug testing illegal. Why the fuck should my employer know about every damn drug, illegal or not, I'm taking? heh.

Anyways, my rant is done. I'll give the test another shot tomorrow and see what happens.. I'll report back here on my results

Yep. When I went to buy my at home tests at various stores, there was always 0, 1, or 2 boxes left for the THC test. Right next to them was 6+ boxes left of the opiate, cocaine, and PCP tests. I need to find the company that makes the THC strips for those like First Check and invest in them for the long term.

If you look around on EBAY you will find them at about $1 (give or take a few pennies) a piece. They are just as reliable as those in your local pharmacy.

Thankfully the place I'm at doesn't do random drug testing, only pre-employment..

I wouldn't be staying long if they did: I like my herb, and the question of my prescription drugs will come up every time, as well.

I read some articles.. apparently cheap urine testing is making a lot of high school students who are randomly tested (come on now) switch to harder drugs!

Way to go US policies! Make the kids switch from a relatively harmless herb, to crack and morphine! W00!

Apparently, around where I live, Crack is cheaper than MJ.. somethings wrong there... that's like beer costing more per ounce than 150 proof booze.. hmmmn...
