Unless you're hung like a flea, such a device would have to be freakishly large, making oyu look like John Holmes or something.
It would be likely to arouse suspicion in the lab tech administering the UA.

Granted, if the test administrator was a female, it could possibly arouse something else, too. But then you'd be guilty of false advertising. That could piss her off to no end.
