I have been smoking for almost 10 years, heavily. Never effected any phase of my life. I've been very successful in school, work, life in general.
Recently, I was stopped by a police officer who asked for my registration and
"WOW!" a big ol' bud staring at me.
Now I have been put on probation and am nearing 20+ days sober. I have an intake appointment in 9 days and showed positive on my home test today.
2 part question to any one who knows about probation or urine test
1) Will I have to take a urine test on my first visit?
2) Do I have any chance of getting it out of my system?
It seems the drinks don't work, and I know dilluting is out of the question.
I am very small 5'8" 130 lbs with a high metabolism but I have been smoking
for a very, very long time 3-5x daily.
Please help any heavy smoker with any advice. I can not go to jail and lose
everything I've worked for because I like to smoke over drinking.
Please help.

Honestly, im thinking you should be ok by 9 days. If you have a high metabolism, then it should be gone by then. Like an hour and a half before the test drink lke 4-5 cups of water, piss once, then drink like 2 more, and a cup of juice. When you go to piss the next time it should be dilluted enough for you to pass. I was a heavy smoker too, and i was clean in 22 days i failed my home test, and an hour later after using the above method i passed the UA at Jackson recovery.

You wont get locked up for the first visit, it will simply mean you need treatment in there eyes. Even if you pass the UA you are still going to have to go to treatment. Sucks, but thats how the piece of shit legal system works now-a-days.

during those 20+ days, I did take 2 hits from a bowl. I couldn't help it with everyone smoking around me. that was 2 days ago. am i failing from those 2 hits? I've been drinking almost a gallon of water/cranberry juice a day.
so, if I fail the first time I won't get in trouble?
Please help man. I've smoked,sold,transported everyday. but, i've never been in trouble.

With your history it may take you a little longer than the normal 30 days that people seem to think is the cutoff for testing positive for mj. Yes, you have a high metabolism and that is to your advantage over some others. That does not mean that you will test negative in 30 days. Continue to home test yourself, you may be clean in nine days but keep in mind that you may need a backup plan like the dilution method. Read the sticky at the top of this forum and follow it to the letter. You don't want to wait till the last minute to decide that you need to do something. Since it is for probation you may be observed so substitution is probably not an option for you. Make sure you give yourself some time to do the dilution method. I wish you luck!

well if you fail the first time than they will just excuse it if its under a month or so, but try dilluting it, drink a few beers, a large glass of cranberry juice, half a gallon of water and a rockstar energy drink(or any other energy drink i just like rockstar) do that all in under 2 hours and you will piss like you never have befor, after that your system should have cleaned itself out well enough to pass those 2 hits like they never happened

If your going in for a intake, i suppose you mean something for treatment? Not actually pissing for your probation officer? Well, if thats what you mean, then they cant even release information about your UA's to your probation officer with out your permission. They can only recommend to him that you enter a treatment program. But, if you werent clean in the first place, and took 2 hits of decent marijuana not to long ago, that highly increases your chances of a fail.

yes it's an intake. I had a very good lawyer(I can't suggest a good lawyer enough)
who got me on unsupervised probation. I have an intake on 1/15.
This is the first time I've seen anyone since court, so I'm pretty sure its an intake.
That's what they called it.
I'm already getting treatment for 6 months starting 1/15. So, am I going to get in
extra trouble for the first test being dirty.

No, you wont get in anymore trouble for failing your first one. Wow, way to go on the unsupervised probation, i bet your happy about that!
