| new user, been on this site all day trolling around, cuz im freaking out. got a badass job offer, but need to submit to test for pre employment, hopefully just piss. job offer blows up on the 21 of jan, so need to test sometime next week. been drinking water like a mofo, cranberry pills, golden seal, and a regular multivitamin. yes i know that these pills are sketchy at best, but a couple of buddies swear by them. only stopped smoking on monday. so, what should i do? dilution method? sub method? wat are the chances of me getting observed? its for a large corporate company so i dont think it'll be strict as if i was on probation. I hope that I can just sub, but if not, I wanna be safe, thinking about dilution with a 'detox drink' the day of for good measure. hopefully ill have till about next thursday the 17th till i test. Also wat are my chances of getting a hair test? please help!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() and hit the sauna for a good 40 mins today but no actual physical exercise. does the type of exercise matter? | OK First things first man..... Get 2 home tests Test yourself first thing in the morning Then depending on the results.............. Do the dilution and re-test It really depends on your smoking history and time clean If the dilution proves help minimally, read the substitution method and PRACTICE Good luck |

| Yes...sitting in a sauna and sweating doesn't help. Aerobic exercise is what you need. Running, riding a bike, fast walking, swimming, etc. You want to increase your heart rate and in turn your metabolism. |

| To be honest with you, I'd seriously consider substituting. You don't mention when was the last time you smoked and how often you do. There are many posts here with success using the diluting method in the sticky notes but in my case I don't have enough time to follow the instructions to a T, not to mention a dry run of Quick Detox Tabs failed miserable....so I'm substituting. I've realized its not as hard as it seems (unobserved) and you are guaranteed a clean test. You still have a few more days though, but I do think the company is going to want you to test earlier than Thursday though and you need to be prepared for that. |
