| Getting creatine supplements is out of the picture because of cost, and so is steak. But wouldnt eating some raw eggs or something work for a substitute? |

| The worst that will happen because of a lack of creatine is the validity of the urine. Just make sure you take the vitamins to keep the urine at a suitable color and if anything, your test will come back diluted and you will have to re-test possibly but you won't fail for lack of creatine. |

| I read on them intarnets that it takes the body a couple days to break creatine down into creatinine (what the test actually check) but u know about them intarnets :: shrugs :: |

| well go to costco, their meat section is great and cheap as hell, get some of the cheapest cuts you can and have that with lunch and dinner, if thats still out of reach than i dont know what to do |

| i bought creatine supplement at GNC for $20, that isnt too much plus it is enough to use 4 times or so. |
