| If you have seen my other posts, you know that I have been expecting the immediate UA for about 2 weeks now. Each day, I expect it's that day, but it never comes. Credit a chaotic and disorganized, haphazardly thrown-together DFW program. Because I will likely need to dilute, for the two weeks I have been fat- and creatine-loading by eating loads of red meat and other good stuff. My question is - presuming now that I have no idea when the test will be... How long will my creatinine/creatine buildup last? Do I need to keep feeding my body cheeseburgers and pot-roast, or will the creatine stay for a while now that I have eaten pretty much a whole friggin side of beef in the past 2 weeks? An interesting side-note - being a 290 lb 6-footer, I figured the extra red meat intake would skyrocket my weight (well - not the red meat part, but the associated fries and fat-heavy ancillaries like cheese and the like). But actually the reverse has happened - I have shed about 5 pounds (I know it's not much, but it's not like I am dieting for cryin' out loud). |
