im thinking i will take it in the morning right when i get up to be safe, that way it should be more concentrated. I bought gatorade to use for the dillution if need be, that way electrolytes will be restored if that counts along with the creatine and asprin im taking.

I will post the home test results and the actions i will be taking for the real test tomorrow.

Thank GOD they aren't using hair samples for your test...

If you drink a gallon of water a day for several days along with creatine supps and B-12 (to give color) ... there shouldn't be anything but pure water comming out your schlong.

I've passed many a drug piss test by simply overloading my body with water, creatine, and B-12.

Honestly, I've seen the people at the local drug test center stick a "stick" into the sample (in the background lab) to samples.

If you can pass the home-test, your "home-free"...just do the same prep you would for a home trial.

Unless something unusual happens, they won't run your sample through the expensive gas chromatography gizmo.

Just being able to pass the "first line" is all you need to worry about.

I took the home test right when I woke up and I failed it. Im suprised being its been over 3 weeks since I last smoked.

So at 7am I drank 2 8oz glasses of gatorade and took 4 crushed asprin (they were time release). I will continue the fluid intake every 15 minutes and take B2 at about 9am. My test is at 11am so this should get the ball rolling and hopefully help me pass.

I will post my real test results when I get them.

Ok I went in this morning and gave my sample. The dillution method seemed to go better for me today compared to my practice run. The voiding began sooner and was consistanly within 15-20 minutes of each other, I was able to void a good 6 times prior to leaving to be screened. The B2 started to kick in at the perfect time, my sample was yellow and not neon as it became after my sample was given. I gave my sample at around the 4 hour marker from when I began the dillution process.

The nurse told me she would call me with the results and mail them out as well, I assumed the call would take place whether it is a pass or fail. She said the call would possibly be today but I never recieved it. I am hoping this is due to the results not getting back within the work day. When I ran the practice run of the dillution method I did pass the home test, with the amount and frequency of voiding I did today I would hope for the same results.

My main concern now is the integrity of the sample, I took creatine pills Saturday, Sunday and Monday. That should be consistent with N2's instructions on how long it takes to convert to creatinine. Plus I took the asprin last night and 4 hours prior to testing, I even crushed them to ensure they got into my system. I used gatorade to dillute with in case it offered restoration to anything that might be looked for in the check.

So basically I followed N2's instructions to a "t". I see alot of success stories using that method and with me abstaining for over 3 weeks I hope that helps as well. At this point I am nervous since I never heard back today but I will have to assume this is normal.

Hopefully I will hear something tomorrow on my results. If they were still able to detect THC I would be very suprised being the amount of voiding I was able to do prior to testing. So yeah i'm rambling due to being very nervous, I will post the results as soon as I get them back.

Added info: one thing that just came to mind is when I gave my sample I went straight into the cup and not mid-stream ( i wasnt thinking, was too nervous). Though when I passed my practice run I did the same. Being I was so dilluted I am hoping this wont bite me in the end.

Usually they don't call you with any results unless its the MRO calling to discuss a positive/Diluted sample

Did you notice the collector splitting the sample? (Putting the sample in two seperate containers?)

Call the HR Dept to see when you will be starting, if there's any other paperwork that needs to be done , etc...

Maybe you will get some idea of whats going on.

Don't ask about test results, act as if that is a non issue and your just excited with the prospect of the new position.

When I gave the nurse my sample she poured it into two vials and put the Medtox lab seals on them.

I still havent heard anything. But from my understanding of what she said is she would call me with the results. Im not sure if they tested in house being they have thier own medical office with nurses and doctors or if they sent them out to Medtox to do it.

No word yet. An inside source tells me they take about a week with the paperwork shuffling between HR and the supervisor.

I havent called them yet, waiting till tomorrow to see if they contact me, then I will probably make a call to ask about a starting date.

I keep second guessing my sample, wondering if there was any THC in it, being it was voided out at around 30 minutes after my previous void which was number 6 in the 4 hour window I'd like to think it was clean. But the whole waiting game causes one to think all sorts of things. This weekend will be 4 weeks of not smoking so I should be getting close to my system containing less and less THC, hard to tell though.

How long does it generally take THC amounts to become detectable in urine when dilluting? Is it a matter of not voiding so frequently or a matter of it to build back up in the bladder or wherever it enters the urine itself?

Ok I got my call today and I passed!!!!!

Talk about taking a load off.

Thanks to Prong and everyone else that has been more then helpfull and of course to N2 for the great instructions I followed that helped me pass my test.

This is a 68,000/yr hourly, plus full benefits and stocks position. Not to mention one kick ass company to work for.

I dont have my official results in hand but I will post any specifics requested when I get them.

Last but not least, thanks to the folks that maintain this site and keep it up and running to help people in the same position as I was in. This service was invaluable to me.

good job!!!! I'm pretty much in the same boat as you...I take the test Monday, making it 18 days since I last puffed. Though, I've already passed two home tests by simply drinking about two glasses of water and voiding. I havent tried a morning test though.

I was so nervous I was thinking about substitution, but upon the two tests I've taken and your results im going to do what you did..
