I'm 6'0", 135, and skinny w/ what I would consider a relatively high metabolism. I've been a chronic smoker off and on for the past couple of years until recently. I am prescribed to adderall and take it daily. I was clean for 10 days, ate a diet high in fiber, stayed up all night drinking water and coffee and passed an instant test about a month ago. Then I smoked again for about 2 weeks, quit for 2 weeks, and smoked last friday and saturday (probably about 7 or 8 times throughout those 2 days). I've been clean for 6 days now, and have exercised rigorously for 2 of the 6 days. It's Friday now, and I have possible testing for probation coming up sometime between the next 3-6 days. That would put me at clean for a total of 9-12 days. I'm also worried that it might possibly be an EMIT test. I have been drinking a lot of coffee lately, eating lightly, and smoke about a pack of cigarettes a day. I absolutely can't fail this upcoming test, I have way too much to lose in my present situation. Could someone please give me some advice on what I can do to be sure I'll pass? Keep in mind that I've only got about 3-6 days and would really appreciate a response ASAP. Thanks in advance.

If so, Dilute

The drinking of fluids now won't do anything for you.

If it were ME that was on probation , and I HAD to smoke, I would figure out how long it took for my body to clean itself out after 1or 2 days of smoking.

You may have to cut back to just a weekend toker or something until you are off probation.

No one is going to be able to give you a definitive answer on this one. Go to a drug store or wallmart and buy a home test, or you could go to a lab and have them do, but it would be more expensive. This is going to be the only way that you will confidentially know.

If you fail, you might want to try to lay low and see if you can avoid the test (i dont know if this is possible, but it seems like the best option). If your PO or someone trying to give you a test comes to the door, dont answer and if your PO calls you, tell him you went to a different part of the state for a week or something like that.

Hey thanks for the quick replies. It will be an observed test, so I'll have to dilute. I just talked to a buddy of mine who is on Probo in the same county as me. Apparently, they only give the same instant tests that I got the 1st time..I was clean w/ a half-assed dilution after 10 days that time, but my buddy told me he failed that same test after being clean for 2 weeks(I don't think he tried to clean himself p
out though), so I must either have a pretty high metabolism and the dilution method must have worked.

I'm going 2 get a few tests at a pharmacy 2nite and test myself. I figured I'd do a combo of dilution and aspirin the day of. But does anyone know if taking my adderall from now until my test would have a negative effect? Also, should I work out more till then or just start a high calorie and red meat diet now? Thanks again, I feel like such a dumbass for putting myself in this situation and am just gonna quit tokin till I'm through with probo. I'll post my results.
