i see that in the dilution method by N2 it talks of raising your creatine level, im just wondering how much creatine supplement would cost and how much i would want to take if i were going by the steps in N2's thread...

or could i just eat steak and pork and such and get enough creatine?

It talks about creatinine, which is created from creatine as muscle waste. You can get a cheap jar of creatine monohydrate from GNC for around $10. They have much more expensive, but you don't need anything fancy.
