Default I've read the sticky and just a question

Like I said I've read the dilution sticky and think it'll work for me. I'm 21, 5'6", 125lbs. work out 4 times a week. My test is in two days. How much Creatine should i take? How often should i take it? Will any brand work the same? Thanks in advance for any help guys and gals. Quick responses are greatly appreciated.

i'm not an expert by any means, i'm going through this myself.
but, dude, you gotta start with the creatine now. it takes 24-48 hours to absorb.
i got mine from gnc. it's a powder, unflavored. it's about 13 dollars.

i started the creatine about 24 hours ago and was able to push it back to tomorrow afternoon. thanks for looking out though.

Im pretty sure the sticky doenst tell you how much creatine to take unless it is somewhere in the middle, i didnt have time to look for everything. I found this from the site

I dont know if this is going to help you or not, but this is all i could find.
Ive been taking 10 mg a day for 6 days and i have a test tomorrow which if i fail the results are told to my PO, i hope i took enough.

I took 10mg as well. The directions said 5mg so i figured better safe then sorry. Thanks for all the help. I'll post my results when i get them. Wish me luck.
