Why would they believe that? Testing agencies are in the business of keeping an accurate chain of evidence on the samples they take.

| It can happen, He claims that he hasnt smoked for a long time, yet the amount shows he is a daily user. So either he is lying or they made a simple mistake. My opinion, he may have smoked the day before and is lying. But if he was telling the truth and had to explain why he failed, then he should have taken his own test right after the positive result and proved them wrong. Now he is too late and has to find a new job |

| It CAN'T happen. The donor must initial the seal on the specimen vial. This seal has printed on it, the same number that is printed on the custody and control form. On the custody and control form, the donor actually signs a statement that he has witness and initialed the seal containing the same number as is on the very form he is signing. Pretty damn hard to "mix up" a specimen, now isn't it? Besides, look at your original Custody and control form from your first (positive) test. Was it a split specimen test? If so, you had the opportunity to have the second vial sent to a second laboratory to eliminate the very "mix up" you propose to claim happened to you. You didn't at that time cry "foul", so it is too little too late now. You can scream and holler all you want, but in the end, it won't do you much good when you are actually busted. Happy hunting for that new job. |

She is not a MJ user, but spends valuable time sharing her experience as the owner of a collection center for the benefit of us MJ users. The OP is grasping for straws. Even if it was a random, it's still his fault for not being prepared. There are members of this board who wisely keep QF on hand at their work place in anticipation of a pop quiz. Wise up, nobody has to smoke herb, it's choice, and choices can have consequences. | |
