I've tried the dilution for 2 days in a row. I'll get a negative then 15 minutes later I'll get another positive.
My test is Thursday and I'm freakin out!
Any suggestions!!!
P.S I didn't replace the fluids on 2nd day when I retested(positive result) and the first day I wasn't clean for 48 hours so I'm using that as the reason to calm myself. When you dilute, are you only clean for 1 void?
(I've tried posting this in dilute sticky and have not gotten any advice. I'm not
trying to repost threads, i'm trying to sleep at night.)

After you finish the sticky requirements of drinking the gatorade you should be voiding every 15-20 minutes. THEN....you NEED to drink more gatorade equavalent to about the amount you JUST voided. So...each time you void, you should be drinking more gatorade. I would imagine that you NEED to maintain the same amount of fluids in your bladder until your test to keep the metabolites low enough not to register as a positive. By the time you void the 4th, 5th or 6th time your levels should be low enough. Also...if you sweating to the oldies prior to your test it will keep the metabolite levels up. The dilution works for me and many others here. Just practice, practice, practice and test, test, test. Hang in there and you will find out how your body acts and reacts with THC metabolites. Each person is different.

also i voided like 10 times, in the 4 hours. I didn't test negative until exactly 4 hours, all test before were positive. Is that because my metabolites were high?
Could you please tell me what YOU do exactly?

First of all, you have to understand that yhere is absolutely no guarantee that dilution will work for every user in every situation.
It sounds like you may need an alternate method. Perhaps substitution might be a more worthwhile pursuit?
