1. On my drug test there is a listing for Creatinine and Specific Gravity. What is Specific Gravity? Can any dilution or substitution screw up Specific Gravity?


2. The guide says I should use doses of Aspirin. Well, is 1 dose regular 325mg or the 81mg? There is such a thing as Aspirin overdose. 6x325mg is a bit toxic. 6x81mg is fine though.


3. I know with a substition method you can fail by having your urine too cold. Can it be too hot? Whats the best way to make sure its warm? Heat it up big time and then wrap it in a glove and sneak it in with your underwear?

2-Do a search on aspirin, pay attention to Sec...

3-There is an acceptable range, again, this site has a great search engine, you really need to figure out how to use it instead of expecting all info spoon fed to you...

1. Checks for creatine levels, so dilution will lower your creatine level making it come up as dilution, so take creatine suplaments a couple days before.

2. Dont waste your time with asprin, 99% of tests improved from this flaw.

3. research, people have different ways to keep it warm. Its got to be right at body temp
