I had more than a few drinks last night...got back to my buddies APT and hit a one-hitter I think three or four times.

I hadn't smoked in ages before that. I usually run 4 miles a day 4-5 days a week, except the last couple of weeks.

That was Friday, very early morning. I'm worried I might have to get tested like Tuesday or the end of next week sometime. Quite stressed in fact because I was so out of it that it didn't dawn on me until the next morning.

If I drink water consistenly every day and keep running every day-Is there a chance to pass? Or will four hits (it was no more than 4 hits) ruin me?

In the past, and I haven't read the material here on it yet, I've taken a vile of bleach and it has cured the problem each time. Two or three different times- so I'll do this if I'm really screwed.

Thanks for any opinion here.

you'll be fine. just drink an assload of water before the test and it'll be so diluted they'll hafta test you again later and by that time you'll be clean

No, I didn't drink the bleach!

I put a couple drops in the piss...stuck the vile in my sock. Worked like a charm. I guess they cared not to check the PH?

please please people take it from someone who has been around the block with respect to urine testing, do not use bleach, they test for it, and if you take it internally, it can be carcinogenic.
